FAQs - For Participants, Speakers & Exhibitors

Experts and industry professionals can apply to become speakers at the Magna ECS Simulation Conference by submitting a technical abstract of approximately 500 words through the online registration platform.

Important dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: November 13, 2026
  • Acceptance Notification: November 27, 2026
  • Final Presentation Submission: March 12, 2027

Selected speakers will have the opportunity to present their expertise to an international audience of automotive simulation professionals.

Each selected speaker receives a 30-minute slot, consisting of a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. The venue provides a standard widescreen setup (16:9), projector, laptop, and microphone.

The FEMFAT exhibition area is located in the central break area, providing exhibitors with high visibility and direct interaction opportunities during coffee breaks and networking sessions. An exhibition fee of €500 (excluding VAT) applies.

The KULI exhibition area is located in the back area of the presentation hall. Exhibition space is provided free of charge, allowing exhibitors to connect with participants throughout the event.
