If your company requires a purchase order (PO) number for invoicing, please initiate your internal ordering process promptly. Please use your registration confirmation email as an official quote for your procurement department.

The official order must be sent to [email protected] within two weeks of registration, or by the registration deadline at the latest. Please include the reference "Participation Magna ECS Simulation Conference 2027" and the participant's name.

Otherwise we will invoice the participation fee based on your registration data. Your online registration and the registration date will therefore be listed as "order number" and "order date".
