Cancellation Policy

Participation is free of charge.

In case you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to cancel your registration no later than one week before the event (12:00 noon), so that your place can be offered to another participant.

For exhibitors at the FEMFAT event, later cancellation or non-participation without sending a delegate will result in a charge of 50% of the exhibition fee (incl. 20% VAT) to cover relevant expenses.
